Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Options

When placing an order, you can choose:

• Collect from Shop — pick up your order from our office at Urdu Bazar, Lahore, free of charge, once it is ready.
• Home Delivery — we deliver your order to the address you provide, within Lahore and nationwide across Pakistan.

2. Processing Time

Custom-printed orders (admission forms, diaries, certificates, bill books, etc.) are produced after your order and payment are confirmed. Production time depends on the product, quantity, and current workload, and will be communicated to you when your order is confirmed. Ready-stock shop items are typically dispatched faster than custom print orders.

3. Delivery Time

• Orders for delivery within Lahore are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Orders to other cities across Pakistan are delivered via courier and typically take 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
• Large bulk institutional orders (e.g. school admission forms, notebooks) may require additional time — an estimated delivery date will be shared when the order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order weight/size and destination, and are shown before you confirm your order. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery, as indicated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order number. You can check your order status anytime using our Track Order page, or by contacting us directly.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate and reachable. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempted delivery.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier where possible and contact us within 3 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can resolve the issue — see our Refund and Return Policy.
